Our StudioBox team were invited to assist BCLA (British Contact Lens Association) with their first virtual Clinical Conference and Exhibition. COVID-19 guidelines meant this year’s event could not be held in person, but the BCLA moved swiftly to switch to an online-only platform which was live-streamed across a eight different time zones around the world – ensuring a truly global audience. This innovative live-streaming model allowed eye care professionals to tune in wherever they were in the world, at a time that suited them across a 30-hour period over the weekend of 13 to 14 June 21. StudioBox provided audio visual services and support utilising Live Streaming which also included virtual set design, audio, video, lighting, set, staging & full event production.
